Shipping

Your merchandise order will ship within 3-5 business days from our distribution center in Knoxville, TN. If your shipment is estimated to take longer, you will be notified by an employee. All shipments will be sent via USPS. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days. We do not ship items on home game days. The Knoxville Ice Bears are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. For questions regarding your order, please email nikki@knoxvilleicebears.com.

If items are returned by USPS due to an incorrect address, the original purchaser will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order. If we do not receive a response from the customer within 30 days, the order will be refunded minus the shipping expense.
