Returns

Online orders can be returned by mailing the item to The Knoxville Ice Bears Pro Shop at 500 Howard Baker Jr Ave, Knoxville, TN 37915. The method of shipping the item(s) back to us is your choice; we recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the order ship date.

It will take 3-10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded upon returning your item.

Original tags must be on the product for it to be eligible for return or exchange.

We will not accept or replace worn or altered gear.

Skates that have been worn, baked, or sharpened will not be eligible for return or refund.

We offer free in-person returns within 30 days of purchase.
