Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping
Your merchandise order will ship within 3-5 business days from our distribution center in Knoxville, TN. All shipments will be shipped via USPS. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days. We do not ship out items on game days at home. The Knoxville Ice Bears are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Please email nikki@knoxvilleicebears.com for questions with your order. 

If items are returned by USPS because of an incorrect address, the original purchaser will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order. If we receive no response from the customer after 30 days, the order will be refunded minus the shipping expense.

Returns

Online orders can be returned by mailing the item to The Knoxville Ice Bears Pro Shop, 500 Howard Baker Jr Ave, Knoxville, TN 37915
The method of shipping the item(s) back to us is your choice; we recommend you receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from order ship date.
It will take 3-10 business days from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

The original shipping cost will not be refunded upon returning your item.

We offer free in-person returns within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges

Items returned with proof of purchase and original tag can be exchanged for a different product, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

*Clearance items, custom jerseys, and promo items are final sale and can not be returned/exchanged.
